Thank you very much for your help with the cruise. The accommodations were perfect! The food was delicious. The kids loved having the variety of activities everyday and the ability to explore the ship. My favorite part of the cruise was our time on the Disney private island. I’m very glad we went as a family????. We may do a cruise at some point in our future again but would be open to other cruise lines. We will keep you posted!

As a highly organized/detail oriented individual, I have traveled much of the world without the assistance of a travel agent. That said, I will not make this mistake going forward.
The comfort and attention I felt working with Kevin was impressive. He helped find deals to me not available otherwise, consistently informed me on updates to my travels, offered guidance/recommendations/insights to the areas I would be visiting, and much more.
I have no doubt I would have enjoyed my travel either way, but Kevin absolutely maximized the trip so every moment was well spent!
Also, I swam with sea turtles thanks to his recommended excursions I did not see listed... a lifelong dream checked off!

Kevin guided us through multiple changes of date and itinerary due to ongoing and ever changing covid restrictions. He was excellent to work with and easy to communicate with. He always states "call me any time if you have any problems" and he means it. I had a issue where my receipt did not match the one on file regarding an upgrade on our sunday morning boarding time. I called Kevin leaving a message. Before I could even leave the service desk, he was texting me updates and was working with the cruise line to identify the problem and fix it. Kevin!! My sister's 50th year around the sun celebration was a success thanks to your hard work.
A trip to Sierra Leone with a lay over in Paris is not a regular walk in the park, but you did it!
I almost feel bad for the "best sister award" my sister presented me with considering I didn't have to break a sweat trying to figure out how to pull off.
We knew COVID might throw a few curve balls and you helped us catch them! We lost two days scurrying back to the US because of impending regulation changes and thought for sure we would just lose our money. It was more important to get home. So when the hotel confirmed we could not be refunded, we just shrugged our shoulders..
But the guy who says NO to "no", until it becomes a YES! -Stepped in and we recouped some of our expenses.

I have worked with many travel agents in the past for both business and personal travel. Given that experience, Kevin ranks in the top 10% of people I've worked with. I began planning my November anniversary trip in February. Kevin's attention to detail, his regular follow-up, and the excellent coordination leading up to the trip are worth a five-star rating. Kevin went above and beyond standard coordination to help me plan surprises for my wife while we were at the destination. Coordinating via text message was very easy, and the surprises we lined up for my anniversary were fabulous. Kevin was fantastic. He makes planning a vacation effortless. He recently planned My wife and I's delayed Honeymoon (2 years...thanks COVID) to the Dominican Republic, got us on a Scuba trip with what seemed like the only dive shop on the island that was open, and got me on a fantastic golf course well below the rate I could have gotten for myself and all I had to do was give him my credit card number. The cruise was wonderful. The ship was fabulous. Our cabin was really nice and roomy. We saw a lot of shows and events that were fun and top class talent. I would recommend to anyone. Everyone we met on the ship who cruises often said it was the best they have been on. Thanks again for your help booking the cruise and getting us the free amenities. I just wanted to reach out again to thank you for all your help with booking our honeymoon. It was truly an unbelievable time and we were very sad to leave. I went on a great Family and Friend Cruise December 2018 with Cruise Planners. Kevin planned everything making it so easy for me. It was full of exciting excursions and free amenities all included in the initial price. The best was the Kayak and Snorkel on Peterson Cay. This excursion had 2 things on my bucket list. This cruise was special because the itinerary was unique and stopped in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, and Singapore. My partner and I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin through a friend who was using his travel agency to book their trip. We knew we wanted a specific customized trip, as opposed to a group tour.
What I found most wonderful is the detail, Kevin took with each facet of our trip. He found great prices on a private driver for a side trip, a few small group tours, and fantastic hotel accommodations. He took the time needed to explain what we didn't know and answered numerous questions. Also, since this isn't his usual trip planning procedure, much of it was new to him. If we had a question, he would find the answer.
When something went wrong at the beginning of the trip, he was already en route to his own vacation, but he took the time to make sure to help me out. Even once we were well passed the travel delays and issues he reached out to us to check on things.
After my partner and I returned home, he has called us to check on how things went, get updates on what worked and what didn't. So, it seems to me, that Kevin isn't there just to book a trip and walk away. He is there to make sure things are going great even once everyone is home.
